I Joined the Strike!

There was a Metro Manila-wide transport strike yesterday which was joined by different transport groups. According to the news, 90 percent of commuting public was affected. But, as early as 12 noon, they called off the strike. It was when PGMA signed EO 712 which calls for the suspension of local government laws on traffic ordinances. 

I did not come to office yesterday. No, I did not join the above-mentioned strike. I just made my own strike - strike from work! Upon waking up that morning and realize that the transport strike will push through, I decided to stay in bed. I don't want to be stranded at the middle of the street, you know. I took this opportunity to take some rest, sort out clothes in my cabinet, and play with Chloe and Miggi (my niece and nephew.) I failed to do these things since I was away every Saturday for our Regional Briefings. But, hey! I learned that I was the only one in our office who took a leave yesterday. Lazy me. Hehe.

hahaha! thats ok sis, at least you were able to do household chores and play with your niece and nephew rather than stranded somewhere.. :)

good 4 u! i don't think i ever joined a strike before, hmmm...nakapagprotest pala ako for abortion, that was it.
